Arrival / Departure
Your room(s) will be available by 15:00 on the day of your arrival. On your day of departure, please check out no later than 11:00.
Our reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Cancellation and trip interruption insurance
In order to avoid potential cancellation fees, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung (European Travel Insurance). Information regarding the available types of travel insurance, and how to secure your insurance is displayed through the booking process.
Our general cancellation policy:
Please note that we can only accept notice of cancellation in writing. Thank you for your understanding.
In case of cancellation of the reservation prior to departure, or premature termination of your booked stay without additional cancellation insurance or for a reason, listed as a valid cancellation reason, the following costs will apply:
• up to 1 month before arrival – 40% of the total amount of the booking
• up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total amount of the booking
• within the last week before the day of arrival – 90% of the total booking
Free cancellation:
No cancellation fee is applied when a booking is cancelled 3 months or longer in advance.
In this case, only the cancellation insurance fee has to be paid, if the insurance has been taken out beforehand.
Chargers / International Adapters
You are welcome to borrow various chargers or international plug adapters at reception.
Deposit
A deposit of 25 % per family/booking is required and is payable when you receive confirmation of your booking. Please include the reservation number and name.

Familux Friends
Our regular guest portal is now Familux Friends. All existing loyalty points have been transferred.

Iron / Ironing Board
An iron and ironing board are available upon request and will be delivered to your room. Kindly contact the reception desk.

Luggage Storage
You may securely store your luggage in our luggage room before check-in and after check-out. Locker keys are available at reception. There are also shower and changing facilities available after swimming.
Mealtime
Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Afternoon snack: every day from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM
Dinner every day starting at 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Parking / Undergound Car Park
Our house has ample underground parking spaces.
One parking space per room is Included, Outdoor parking spaces are also free.
Payments
You can pay your bill with cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or EC debit card. Please note if you pay by debit card, that many banks will place a hold of €1,000 per day on your account. For further information concerning your limit, please contact your bank.
Pets
Pets can be accommodated only in certain rooms! We charge €32.00 per night without food
Printing Service
Need to urgently print a private or business document? Please speak to us at reception — we will print it for you securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Resort tax
The resort tax is not included in the above prices and is charged separately per person per day:
Winter season (15.12.-31.03.) | 3,80 € per adult + 2,00 € per youth
Summer season (01.04.-14.12.) | 3,30 € per adult + 2,00 € per youth
Adults are persons who have reached the age of 16 on the day of departure.
Youths are people who have reached the age of 6 on the day of departure.
Ski bus shuttle in winter
Our ski bus shuttle takes you to and picks you up daily at the Iseler ski area.

Toiletries
Forgot something important? Just ask at our reception or at the spa reception — we’ll be happy to help you out.
Wake-up Service
Our reception team will be happy to wake you by phone.
Please arrange your wake-up call at the reception desk.
Weather
Due to the variety of facilities in the hotel (sauna and bathing facilities, spa, kidspool, play area over 1000m² in size) your holiday is not dependent on weather conditions. Our Children’s Club offers good and bad weather variations to every programme offered.
