Consideration for allergies and intolerances
The kitchen team, led by Michael Kögler and Martin Lipp, is responsible for the list of culinary delights. They are both professionals in their field: “More and more people are suffering from food intolerance or allergies. This means that food needs to be selected carefully, both when shopping and when preparing it. We cook specifically to suit our guests' needs. It's particularly nice when we can surprise our guests. We have already had a number of people with food intolerances who were absolutely amazed at all the things they were able to eat.”
Good to know: none of our bread rolls contain milk or egg. Oh, and our crispy fries will win you over – they're free from gluten ;-).
